The Arko Art Center, Art Theater, and Artist’s House were bustling centers of college culture in Seoul, Korea, in the 1980s and 1990s. There are also architectural and cultural heritage sites created by the modern architect Kim Swoo Keun. However, the area has become unpopular because its function needs to keep up with current changes. I proposed an extended plan to reorganize this space sustainably, preserving modern culture and the general public’s desire.
