Inspired by reincarnation, she explores how waste cycling can be meaningful and renewable.
The design of this material panel, inspired by tree bark and moss-covered roofs in London, highlights nature’s resilience. Cardboard, derived from wood, has been transformed over time into an industrial product, yet it retains the memory of its origin. By combining moss—a living organism that represents renewal and vitality—Minjeong’s work invites conversations about how we can embrace recycling and reimagine sustainability in the built environment.
